Hello and welcome to my gallery. My name is Glendon Screen. I'm a Christchurch based Landscape and Landscape Fine Art Photographer. I grew up firstly on a farm down in Balclutha and then in my teenage years my family moved to Hororata in Canterbury.

I really enjoy the crystal, pure landscapes, which has lead me to develop an enthusiasm for the outdoors. Photography for me is a way of capturing the unique moments in time that are forever special, whether it’s with family or friends or alone in the main divide in the Southern Alps.

I believe my images reflect my passion for the magnificent New Zealand landscape and my craftsmanship as a Photographic Artist.
If you're looking for some amazing Landscape Photography or Fine Art Landscape Photography to brighten up your home or work place, then please take a look at my Portfolio.

If you have a particular event or landscape you want captured, be sure to let me know.

Enjoyment

The places and activities I enjoy that have put me in some of the special and remote places that make my photography unique.

I'm an active hunter and tramper. I travel deep into the most remote parts of the South Island where the hunting and scenery is at its best and most undisturbed. While I enjoy the hunt, I also thrive on encountering the animals in the wild and am just as happy to be shooting them with the camera (which can actually be harder at times).

Family

My Whanau are the ones that are the most supportive people in my life, even though they are also a touch crazy!
Though where would we be without that bit of crazy, it's what drives me onto the next adventure.

My Olds, my Bro and the Aunty are the main members of my family who live in and around Christchurch.
Family is a big thing to me, though most of them live up in the far north they all still mean a lot to me and I
am always excited to be heading up north and seeing them.

Friends

The boys and girls who put up with and appreciate my passion!

Whether it's putting up with being in the photos or waiting around while I set up the camera for
those perfect shots, they always enjoy the end result.

I'm sure the time will come when they will harass me to take photos of important events in their life which of course i'll be more than happy to help by capturing those special moments. After all they put up with me making our trip last longer than normal.
